Application features
- Does the measurement and record temperatures by year / month / day / hour / minute / second in real time.
- Enables measurements in difficult access locations, where wireless systems can not be installed because the shielding structures of refrigeration equipment reduces the range or, because the space is small.
- It records in daily file format for printing Lists or Graphics as the EN12830.
- The USB port of the PC provides the power supply for the interface and to the sensors in the network.
- The system is easy to install, operate and maintain.
- User can easily build the network of sensors using cables (CAT5 or CAT6) with RJ45 plugs and leads.
- Files are recorded daily for each sensor, always starting a new record at 00:00.

- The system
uses three
types of sensors:
- Sensor CHN sheathed in a 304 stainless
steel, for current applications
in the agro-food industry, non-corrosive and non-aggressive
environments.
- Sensor CHCU Copper alloy for industrial machinery, air conditioning in
aggressive environments or likely impacts.
- Sensor CH316 sheathed in a stainless steel
316 for any application. For example in the agro-food industry where the impact
or product movements
can occur as in the case of display cabinets, freezers, etc.
Network configurations
- Measurements are made with up to 20 sensors or more per branch of 400 meters.
- Sensors are placed in parallel in the cable at a preferred sapacings .
- Configuration of the cable network can be done by the user for the desired conditions as shown in the diagrams.
- For application in food Industry
must be used the Certified model for the EN 12830 and HACCP
standards
- The network configuration
can be changed any time, by adding or
removing sensors and save it with same name or, new name.

One can, therefore, begin the installation
with only a few measuring points, acquiring
later more sensors..
- Some measurements can be
jumped
putting them in
a
maintenance
status (MAN).This
avoids false alarms.
- An audio-visual alarm
can bee installed.
